Muskie season is here! Good fishing to all.
Please remember to log your catches at muskiesinc.org. This will help us determine the big fish of the month. The winner will receive a $50.00 gift certificate to your favorite bait and tackle shop (Last Cast Fishing Outfitters). It will also help the DNR with stocking information. Our monthly meetings on the water will begin June 24th. Meet at the Hazelhurst Pub after fishing. Subsequent on the water meeting nights are July 29th, meet at Black Bear on 70 in Minocqua, August 26th, meet at Rustic Road House and September 11th meet at Gooches. Take a break from muskiy fishing and come help at our Kids Fishing Days. The first one is Tuesday, June 10th from 5pm until 7pm at the Minocqua Fishing Pier. July 8th and then August 5th. Contact Jeff Kinnally at jwkinnally@gmail.com if you have any questions or to volunteer. It is a fun evening and the kids appreciate all of the help they get from experienced fishermen.
