June 11th Northwoods Muskies Inc “Meeting on the water”

Hello folks,

Please join us for our first “On the water meeting” on the Minocqua chain Tuesday June 11th.  We are having a friendly fishing contest/outing followed by a quick meeting to update you on what your chapter is up to.  Below is the format for the event:

• 4:00 – 5:00 Registration at The Thirsty Whale
• 5:00 – 8:30 Fishing
• 9:30 – Chapter announcements and Drawings

Please register at the Thirsty Whale between 4:00 and 5:00.  The cost is $10.00 per person.  1/3 of the pot goes to the biggest fish, 1/3 goes to the winner of a random drawing for all participants and 1/3 goes to the chapter.

Please take a photo of your fish on a bump board and/or have another boat verify your catch.  Please get the verification person’s name and number. Check in @ the Thirsty Whale by 9:30 so we can include your catch in the results.

PLEASE NOTE:  You must register at the Thirsty Whale prior to fishing.  You will receive a raffle ticket that makes you eligible for the 1/3 pot cash drawing.  Must be present to win. Drawings will be held at 9:30 that evening.

This is our first “On the water” meeting, so please bear with us.  We are interested in making this an event that promotes camaraderie between members in addition to having some friendly competition.  If you have any questions, please reply to this email.  Attached is a flyer for the event.
