Christmas Party – Monday December 15, 2025
Take a break from decorating, shipping, gift wrapping and cookie baking and join us on Monday, December 15th at the Pine Knot Tavern in Saint Germain for our Christmas party. Festivities begin at 6pm, we will buy your first beverage of choice. Dinner choices are Chicken, Ribs or Walleye. Cost is $30.00 per person, spouses and friends are welcome. Please bring a wrapped lure, old or new, for our white elephant gift exchange.
Let Karen (karenstoltman@gmail.com) or Christina (christina.truppe@gmail.com) know if you will be attending and your dinner choice. We need to give the restaurant a head count by Wednesday the 10th. Hope to see you there.
Ice Fishing Tournament – January 17, 2026
January 17th is the 2nd annual Ice Fishing Tournament. This was a very successful event last year and we want to make this year bigger and better. Jim Lund is the chairman of this event . Jim has done a ton of leg work getting sponsors and donations to help cover costs. Last year we gave out 47 buckets to kids 16 and younger participating in the tournament. We increased the number to 80. Buckets include an assortment of ice fishing supplies such as tip-ups, rod, ice scoopers etc. Jim has been able to get commitments in cash or prize donations valued at $15,000.00. We have had some people commit to helping, however, we need more.
The day of the tournament we need people to help set up/tear down, registration, kitchen, games, and raffles. I am probably forgetting something, but you get the idea. If you are not able to help on the 17th, consider helping by putting together buckets. Please contact Jim Lund at
