Northwaters Chapter Challunge, October 21, 2017

Join us for the 4th Annual Northwaters Chapter Challunge on October 21, 2017! The event is a fun competition between members of the Headwaters Chapter and Northwoods Chapter. Northwoods is hosting this year’s event with fishing hours from 7am – 5pm and you can fish any lake with a public landing.

July 9th Northwoods Muskies Inc “On The Water Meeting”

Hi Northwoods Muskie Hunters,
Please join us for our July 9th “On The Water Meeting” on beautiful Lake Mohawksin. (And yes it is Tuesday July 9th)… We will be having a friendly fishing contest with expanded fishing hours, followed by a raffle and some quick Chapter Notes. Also, please note that we have a “Big Fish Contest” carryover from June so there will be extra money in the months Big Fish pool. Here is this month’s format:

June 11th Northwoods Muskies Inc “Meeting on the water”

Hello folks,

Please join us for our first “On the water meeting” on the Minocqua chain Tuesday June 11th.  We are having a friendly fishing contest/outing followed by a quick meeting to update you on what your chapter is up to.  Below is the format for the event:

  • 4:00 – 5:00 Registration at The Thirsty Whale
  • 5:00 – 8:30 Fishing
  • 9:30 – Chapter announcements and Drawings

Northwoods Muskies Kick Off Surpasses Expectations

The Northwoods Chapter of Muskies Inc held its inaugural Kick Off & Fundraiser on Tuesday April 9, 2013 at the Norwood Pines Super Club in Minocqua WI. The event featured multiple raffles, club logo merchandise sales, an introduction to what Northwoods Muskies is all about, and a Keynote Presentation by renowned local guide Rob Manthei.

Chapter 61 Welcomes All Northwoods Communities

Northwoods Chapter 61 of Muskies, Inc. plans to support the mission and traditional objectives of Muskies, Inc. while developing its own style. “We’re only the second Muskies, Inc. … chapter that is actually multi-species,” vice president of the new chapter Dean Zaumseil said. “Most of the other ones are just muskie clubs and we’re actually going to be a muskie/walleye club and probably some other species of fish too.”
